At RETERNITY, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
